Hey NYC tumblrs, who wants to party? First Friday’s @Fireproof, is popping off this month with Read The Label and will be featuring the sounds from hip-hop to future base to Baltimore/ Philly club with Mad Decent/Power5 DJ SEGA, DJ Rockwell from 87 Stick Up Kids, DRTY FNGR, as well as resident Power5 DJ’s JONQ and Wizard K-Jee (Keith Shocklee - former Public Enemy and Bomb Squad producer). RTL is bringing through some respected writers to pull together a large scale art installation with work from VIZIE, FAS and YANOE with support from Ironlak. On another tip, #FFF will be rocking some of Flavor Flav’s new La Flav vodka - and while we work out some cocktails to bring out the flavor of hemp juice vodka (seriously) you might want to check out how we all got down last month.
